If steak is like Christmas morning, Horseradish Chive Cream Sauce is the stocking stuffers. It’s not what you initially are looking forward to, but when your presents are all pyjamas and dictionaries the stockings become the best part.
- 1 cup of mayo
- chives (chives look like skinny blades of grass, you want a bunch about a two pencils thick)
- 3 cloves roasted garlic
- a big sprinkle of kosher salt
- 2 big tablespoons of horseradish
