Hey you,

Your mother is a terrible cook. I’m gonna fix you some meatloaf to make up for your childhood of boiled meat and mushy peas. Eat your feelings, my sweet.


  • 2 lbs of Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pack of Bacon
  • Box of Stuffing
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 or 3 medium onions
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
  • Dijon Mustard
  • BBQ Sauce or Chili Sauce


Preheat oven to 350. Dump the beef into a big mixing bowl. Crack in two eggs. In food processor, dump in bag of stuffing, peeled onions and garlic and pulse until they are itty bitty bits. Into the mixing bowl with them, along with 6 good shakes of worcestershire sauce and two strong squirts of dijon. Mix it all up with your strong hands.

Lay strips of bacon over two loaf pans. Divide meat mixture in half and squish into pans. Crisscross bacon over top and bake for a half hour. Pour BBQ or Chili Sauce over the top and put back in oven for another half hour.
